It's July but Summer has not quite arrived in Pontypridd, this means we are not seeing  as many gardening and DIY injuries in the clinic as usual.

Spring is finally in the air. The daffodils are out and we are coming to the end of the Six Nations. Not our finest hour for the Welsh team, but a work in progress. It reminds us all to never give up and things will get better.

Happy New Year to all our patients! We hope that you had a lovely Christmas without too many aches and pains!

Merry Christmas to all our readers, the decorations are up and you are all welcome to pop in for a mince pie and a cuppa!

Summer is a busy time for osteopaths as it's a time of holidays and enjoying the garden.  People also tend to be more active with sporting activities during the summer.

Spring is a time for spring cleaning and for getting back in the garden. Both activities can put a strain on your back and neck resulting in joint and muscle strains and ultimately pain.
